I had a lot going on in my life and Starting a new job and had moved 2 hrs away a couple months before selling. The move of my personal property was taking all my time on weekends not to mention expenses for fuel, utilities, insurance & continuing mortgage payments, etc. My issue, getting items organized to move, sell, donate and toss after 30 yrs of home ownership. After hearing my main concern she quickly referred me to a Company that offered services to organize, prep, run, handle items that didn't sell, remove everything left and clean the house for the sale. What a Godsend. Heidi had organized things extremely well and thoughtfully every step during the process. She arranged things so I could quickly and easily sign documents remotely. The only thing I really needed to do was have a complete a few items on some forms and have my signatures notarized. Again, I was able quickly and easily able to do this remotely. She had a top, tier team that handled the closing. Heidi organized a closing I did not need to attend in person and the proceeds were wired to my bank quickly afterwards. Everyone was kind, timely, professional and had my best interest in mind every step of the way. I was always kept in the loop when parties would be in the house and immediate follow up on potential buyers thoughts. Heidi and Shorewest were transparent about the cost of services and what one would receive. I am extremely thankful I went this route. As stress free as one could make selling a home, Heidi and her team very quickly accomplished this for me.

Heidi did a fantastic job for us. Buying a house this summer was difficult but she never tired of helping us find one we liked and one where we could actually get in an offer. She answered our questions right away. Every time I asked for suggestions she could give me direction. Then it was time to sell my house. Heidi was patient while I got it ready for the market and the sale process went very quickly and smoothly. We have a second home to sell and will definitely ask Heidi to help us out on this one, too. Besides her expertise, Heidi is a joy to be around. By this time we consider her a friend.
